No. We come out, look at the roof or the guttering, and give you a written price. There is no charge for the visit and no obligation to go ahead.
Yes. The mobile, 07377 633898, is a 24 hour emergency line. If water is coming through a ceiling, keep everyone out of that room, stay off the roof yourself and ring us. Where it is safe to do so we make the roof watertight first and talk about the permanent repair afterwards.
Because the houses are different. A Victorian terrace in Clapham has slate, tall stacks and valley gutters behind the parapet. A 1950s semi in Crawley has concrete tile over underlay and battens that are the same age as the house. The fault you can see from the ground usually has a different cause on each.
